Be mindful of your health and take care of yourself .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the advice given by Prophet Muhammad to Ali bin Abu Talib when he broke his forearm. The Prophet told him to wipe over the bandages, which means that if a person has an injury or wound and they have put a bandage on it, they can perform wudu without having to remove the bandage. This shows us that Islam is a religion of mercy and ease, as it allows us to perform our religious obligations even in difficult situations. It also teaches us that we should be mindful of our health and take care of ourselves so we can continue performing our religious duties properly.
