QUICK LESSONS:
Treat women who are in their menstrual cycle like any other person and do not exclude them from activities such as eating together.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the permissibility of eating with a woman who is in her menstrual cycle. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was asked by Abdullah bin Sa'd about whether it was permissible to eat with a menstruating woman and he said that it was permissible. This hadith teaches us that we should not be ashamed or embarrassed to be around women who are in their menstrual cycle, as there is nothing wrong or shameful about it. We should also treat them like any other person and not exclude them from activities such as eating together, as this would be disrespectful and hurtful towards them.
