Follow instructions given by Prophet Muhammad PBUH , Keep oneself & belongings clean according to Islamic teachings .

The hadith narrated by Umm Qais bint Mihsan tells us that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) instructed her on how to clean menstrual blood from clothing. He said that it should be washed with water and lote leaves and rubbed with a piece of stick. This hadith teaches us the importance of keeping ourselves and our belongings clean according to Islamic teachings. It also shows us the importance of following instructions given by the Prophet Muhammad as he was sent as a messenger of Allah who taught us about proper hygiene and etiquette in all aspects of life. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as an example for Muslims to follow when dealing with any kind of impurity or uncleanliness in their lives.
