Strive towards doing good deeds with sincerity of heart so that you can receive Allah's blessings even when circumstances prevent you from achieving your goals.

This hadith is about how Uthman was not able to participate in the Badr battle because his wife was ill. Despite this, Allah's Messenger promised him a reward and share similar to those who did participate in the battle. This hadith teaches us that even if we are unable to do something due to an illness or other valid reason, we can still be rewarded for it as long as our intentions are pure and sincere. It also shows us that Allah rewards people for their good intentions and efforts even if they don't get a chance or opportunity to act on them.
