Follow Islamic teachings despite medical conditions, Seek guidance from religious leaders when needed .

This hadith is about the importance of performing ablution or wudu' in Islam. It was narrated by Sahl bin Hunaif that he used to suffer from a great deal of prostatic fluid, which is known as mani in Arabic, and he took many baths because of that. He asked the messenger of Allah about this issue and the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised him to perform ablution or wudu' instead. Furthermore, when Sahl asked what should be done with the prostatic fluid that gets onto his clothes, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said it is sufficient for him to pour a handful of water on the part of his clothes wherever he sees it has reached. This hadith teaches us that even though we may have certain medical conditions, we should still strive to follow Islamic teachings as much as possible and seek guidance from our religious leaders if needed.
