QUICK LESSONS:
Perform ablution properly and make sure the water runs between your toes and fingers before praying .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us that when we get up for prayer, we should perform ablution properly. This means that we should wash our hands, face, arms, head and feet with water. We should also make sure that the water runs between our toes and fingers so that all parts of our body are clean before prayer. This is important because it shows respect to Allah by being clean when praying to Him. It also helps us focus on the prayer instead of being distracted by dirt or sweat on our bodies.

The Prophet Muhammad's teachings remind us of how important it is to be mindful of how we present ourselves in front of Allah during prayer time. We must take care to ensure that all parts of our body are washed properly so as not to disrespect Allah in any way while praying.
