Wiping Ears During Ablution

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught that the ears are part of the head and it is important to wipe them when performing ablution.

It was narrated from Abu Umamah that: The Messenger of Allah said: "The ears are part of the head". He used to wipe his head once, and he used to wipe over the inner corners of the eyes (that are close to the nose).

QUICK LESSONS:
Perform ablutions properly by wiping your head and ears during prayer or any other religious act .
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us that when we perform ablution for prayer or any other religious act, we should not forget to wipe our ears. This is because the ears are part of the head and should be included in our ablutions. He also taught us to wipe over the inner corners of our eyes which are close to our nose. These teachings remind us that even small details matter in Islam and we must pay attention to all aspects of worshiping Allah SWT.
