Accepting menstruation with grace & dignity , Fulfilling religious obligations if possible during this time period .

This hadith explains an important lesson about menstruation and its role in performing the rituals of Hajj. It is narrated by Aisha who was one of Prophet Muhammad's wives. She recounts how she was weeping when Prophet Muhammad came to her and asked her what was wrong. When she told him she got her menses, he explained to her that this is something Allah has ordained for daughters of Adam and instructed her to do all the rituals of Hajj except circumambulation around the Ka'ba. He then sacrificed cows on behalf of his wives as part of their ritual obligations during their pilgrimage.
