Perform ablution after washing your private parts .

In this hadith, Umar bin Al-Khattab asked the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ what to do if he became junub at night. The term ‘junub’ refers to a state of ritual impurity which is caused by sexual intercourse or wet dreams. The Prophet ﷺ replied that Umar should perform ablution after washing his private parts and then sleep.
