Be mindful and intentional in your actions; Follow Sunnah; Strive for consistency in habits and routines.

The hadith narrated by Ka’b bin Malik states that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ preferred to set out on Thursdays for his travels. This is an important lesson for us as it shows us the importance of being mindful and intentional in our actions, even when it comes to something as simple as travelling.
