Jami at-Tirmidhi 2511 (Book 37, Hadith 97) #28146
The Consequences of Tyranny and Severing Ties of Kinship

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) warned against the consequences of tyranny and severing ties of kinship, as it is a sin that will be punished in this world and the hereafter.

Abu Bakrah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "There is no sin more worthy of Allah hastening the punishment upon its practitioner in the world – along with what is in store for him in the Hereafter – than tyranny and severing the ties of kinship". (Sahih)

QUICK LESSONS:
Treat others with kindness , respect ,and mercy .

EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) warns against two sins that are particularly severe in Allah’s eyes - tyranny and severing ties of kinship. He explains that these sins are so grave that Allah will hasten punishment upon its practitioner both in this world and in the Hereafter. This means that those who commit these sins will face immediate consequences here on Earth, as well as punishment after death for their actions when they meet Allah on Judgment Day. It is important to remember to treat others with kindness, respect, and mercy at all times - especially those who are related to us by blood or marriage - so we can avoid facing such harsh punishments from Allah for our wrongdoings!
