The Virtue of Suppressing Anger

SUMMARY: Suppressing one's anger is a virtue that will be rewarded on the Day of Judgement.

Sahl bin Mu'ad bin Anas narrated from his father, that the Prophet (s.a.w) said: "Whoever suppresses his rage, while he is able to exact it, Allah will call him before the heads of creation on the Day of Judgement so that he can chose whichever of the Hur he wishes".
