Use both physical remedies such as water & spiritual remedies such as prayer when sick ; Follow instructions given by Prophet Muhammad SAW ; Have faith in God's power & mercy during difficult times like illness ; Ask sincerely for help from God .

This hadith speaks about the power of water and prayer for healing. It is narrated by Thawban that the Prophet Muhammad said that when someone has a fever they should stand in a flowing river facing it and say “Allahummashfi 'abdaka wa saddik Rasulak” which translates to “In the name off Allah. O Allah! Cure your slave and testify to Your Messenger” three times after Salat As-Subh(Fajr) before sunrise for three days. If they are not cured after three days then five days or seven days or nine days should be done until they are cured with permission from Allah. This hadith teaches us that we should use both physical remedies such as water as well as spiritual remedies such as prayer when we are sick so that we can be healed with permission from God. It also shows us how important it is to have faith in God's power even during difficult times like illness because He will always help us if we ask Him sincerely with faith in His mercy and compassion towards us all.
