Take care of one's health; Use natural remedies; Seek treatment early ; Rely on Allah SWT for healing ; Follow prophetic guidance in matters related to health and wellbeing

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's advice on treating illnesses. He recommended using four treatments which are known as Al-Ladud, As-Sa'ut, cupping and laxatives. These treatments were used by the companions of the Prophet when he was ill and they were successful in treating him. This hadith teaches us that we should take care of our health by using natural remedies such as these four treatments instead of relying solely on modern medicine or other methods that may not be beneficial for us in the long run. It also encourages us to take care of our bodies and treat any illnesses we may have before they become worse or more difficult to treat later on.
