Say "Bismillah" before eating food

This hadith encourages us to remember Allah before we eat our food. We should always begin by saying “Bismillah” which means “In the name of Allah”. This is a reminder that everything we have comes from Allah and that He is providing for us. Even if we forget to say it in the beginning, we should still remember to say it at the end of our meal as a way of thanking Him for His blessings. By doing this, not only are we showing gratitude but also seeking protection from any harm that may come with what we are eating or drinking.
