Farming Without Permission

SUMMARY: It is wrong to farm someone else's land without their permission, and any profits made from it should be given to the rightful owner.

Narrated Rafi' bin Khadij: that the Prophet said: "Whoever farms a people's land without their permission, then nothing he farms belongs to him and its finances are due to him".

QUICK LESSONS:
Ask for permission before using or taking something that does not belong to you.
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that it is wrong to cultivate someone else's land without their permission. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that if a person farms another person's land without authorization, then they do not have any right over the profits made from it and all of the finances should be given back to the rightful owner. This hadith emphasizes how important it is for us to respect other people's possessions and not take advantage of them in any way. We must always ask for permission before using or taking something that does not belong to us, as this will ensure we are being fair and just in our dealings with others.
