Abu Hurairah narrated that : Allah's Messenger said: "Whoever performs Ghusl on Friday - the Ghusl for Janabah - then he goes, he is like one who gave a camel in charity. Whoever goes in the second hour then he is like one who gave a cow in charity. Whoever goes in the third hour then he is like the one who have a ram in charity. Whoever goes in the fourth hour then he is like the one who gave a chicken in charity. Whoever goes in the fifth hour, then he is like one who gave an egg in charity. When the Imam comes out, the angels are present listening to the remembrance".
This hadith teaches us about how important it is for Muslims to attend their weekly congregational prayers on Fridays and how much reward we can receive from Allah by doing so. It also reminds us that even though we may not always make it on time due to various reasons, we should still strive our best effort to make it before fifth hour so that we can receive maximum reward from Allah. Additionally, this hadith also reminds us about presence of angels during our prayers which should motivate us further towards performing our prayers with utmost sincerity and devotion towards Allah Almighty.
