EXPLANATIONS:
According to the hadith narrated by Ibn Abbas, the Prophet Muhammad SAW used to pray thirteen rak’ahs of salat at night. This is a great example of how devoted and dedicated he was to his faith and how much importance he placed on prayer. He was known for his piety and devotion to Allah SWT, and this hadith serves as a reminder that we should strive to emulate him in our own lives. We should make sure that we are praying regularly throughout the day, especially during the night when it is more peaceful and conducive for prayer.

The number of rak’ahs that were prayed by the Prophet SAW can also be seen as an indication of how important it is for us to spend time in prayer with Allah SWT. It shows us that if we want our prayers to be accepted then we must put in effort into them; not just physically but spiritually too. We must make sure that our hearts are open and sincere when praying so that Allah SWT will accept our supplications with mercy and grace.
