Pray regularly five times a day according to Sunnah .

This hadith explains the prayer routine of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. According to this hadith narrated by Abdullah bin Shaqiq from Aishah ﷺ, the Prophet ﷺ would pray four Rak'ah before Az-Zuhr and two Rak'ah after it. He would also pray two after Maghrib and two after Isha', as well as two before Fajr. This shows us how important it was for him to perform his prayers regularly and on time. It is a reminder for us to follow in his footsteps and make sure that we are consistent with our prayers too. We should strive to make sure that we are praying at least five times a day in order to stay connected with Allah SWT and reap its many benefits such as peace of mind and spiritual growth.
