QUICK LESSONS:
Pray four Rakats before Az-Zuhr and four after it .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of prayer in Islam. It teaches us that if we pray four rakats before and after the afternoon prayer, Allah will make us prohibited from entering Hellfire. This means that Allah will protect us from any harm or punishment that comes with entering Hellfire. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ also taught us to be consistent in our prayers so that we can reap its rewards and benefits. We should strive to make sure we are praying regularly and on time so that Allah can protect us from any harm or danger.

This hadith also teaches us about the power of supplication or du'a in Islam. When we pray, it is not just a physical act but a spiritual one as well; when we ask for something from Allah through our prayers, He listens to our requests and grants them if they are beneficial for us in this life and the hereafter. Therefore, by praying regularly, not only do we receive protection but also blessings which come with it such as peace of mind, contentment etc.
