Jami at-Tirmidhi 330 (Book 2, Hadith 182) #25895
The Importance of Remaining in the Masjid

SUMMARY: The hadith is about the importance of remaining in the Masjid and how angels pray for those who remain there, as long as they do not commit Hadath.

Abu Hurairah narrated that : Allah's Messenger said: "One of you does not cease to be in Salat as long as he is waiting for it. And the angels do not cease praying for one of you as long as he remains in the Masjid (saying): 'Allah! Forgive him. O Allah! Have mercy upon him' - as long as he does not commit Hadath". A man from Hadhramaut said: "And just what is Hadath Abu Hurairah?" He said: "Breaking wind, or passing gas".

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of remaining in a mosque while waiting for prayer. It also highlights that angels are constantly praying for those who remain in a mosque, asking Allah to forgive them and have mercy on them. However, it is important to note that this only applies if one does not commit any foulness or uncleanliness such as passing gas or breaking wind. This hadith teaches us to be mindful and respectful when we are inside a mosque, so that we can benefit from the prayers of angels and receive Allah's forgiveness and mercy.
