QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful when praying; take your time in reciting your supplications; respect prayer by being quiet while doing so.
EXPLANATIONS:
According to Abdullah bin Mas'ud, it is a part of the sunnah to recite the tashahhud quietly during prayer. The tashahhud is a supplication that Muslims recite in their prayers, and it includes praising Allah and sending peace upon Prophet Muhammad. By reciting this supplication quietly, Muslims are able to focus on their prayer and be mindful of what they are saying. This hadith teaches us that we should be mindful when we pray and take our time in reciting our supplications so that we can truly appreciate them.
