The Prophet's Call to Prayer for al-Hasan ibn Ali

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) called the Adhan in the ear of al-Hasan ibn Ali when he was born.

Narrated AbuRafi': I saw the Messenger of Allah uttering the call to prayer (Adhan) in the ear of al-Hasan ibn Ali when Fatimah gave birth to him.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَاصِمُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَذَّنَ فِي أُذُنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ - حِينَ وَلَدَتْهُ فَاطِمَةُ - بِالصَّلاَةِ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrates an event that happened when Fatimah, the daughter of Prophet Muhammad, gave birth to her son al-Hasan. When al-Hasan was born, the Prophet Muhammad uttered the call to prayer in his ear. This is a sign of blessing and protection from Allah upon him and his family. It also shows us how important it is for us as Muslims to call out Adhan whenever we have a newborn baby in our family or community. It is also a reminder that we should always be grateful for all blessings from Allah and seek His protection at all times. Furthermore, this hadith teaches us about how much love and care our beloved prophet had for his family members and how he wanted them to be blessed by Allah at all times.
