Sunan Abi Dawud 4902 (Book 43, Hadith 130) #25193
The Punishment for Oppression and Severing Ties

SUMMARY: Oppression and severing ties of relationship are two sins that will be punished in this world and the next.

Narrated AbuBakrah: The Prophet said: There is no sin more fitted to have punishment meted out by Allah to its perpetrator in advance in this world along with what He stores up for him in the next world than oppression and severing ties of relationship.

Treat people with kindness & respect their rights

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the consequences of committing two sins - oppression and severing ties of relationship. It was narrated by AbuBakrah who reported that Prophet Muhammad said that these two sins are more deserving of punishment than any other sin. This punishment will come from Allah in both this world and the next. In other words, those who commit these sins will face consequences in their lifetime as well as after death. This hadith teaches us to be mindful of our actions towards others, to treat them with kindness, respect their rights, not oppress them or break relationships with them unjustly.
