EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the sitting posture of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It is narrated by AbuSa'id al-Khudri that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat, he had his knees drawn up and supported by his hands. This shows us how important it is to have good posture while sitting as it was even practiced by our beloved prophet ﷺ. We should also take care to ensure that we are not slouching or leaning too much while sitting as this can be bad for our health in the long run. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us about respecting elders and their traditions even if they are old and their traditions may be rejected by some people.
