Remembering Allah, Being mindful of words and actions, Seeking help from Allah

The hadith narrated by Abdullah ibn Salam tells us that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) often raised his eyes to the sky while talking to people. This is a reminder for us that we should always remember Allah and look up towards Him in times of difficulty or when we are in need of guidance. It also teaches us that we should be mindful of our words and actions as they will be judged by Allah on the Day of Judgment. Furthermore, it encourages us to seek help from Allah in all matters and trust Him with our lives.
