Show respect towards your partners/friends , Be loyal in relationships , Have good character .

This hadith is about the importance of having good character and loyalty. It was narrated by As-Sa'ib, who came to the Prophet (ﷺ). The people began to praise him and make a mention of him, but the Prophet already knew him. As-Sa'ib then expressed his loyalty to the Prophet by saying "My father and mother be sacrificed for you! you were my partner and how good a partner; you neither disputed nor quarrelled." This shows that it is important to have good character in order to gain respect from others, as well as being loyal in relationships. It also teaches us that we should not dispute or quarrel with our partners or friends, but instead show them respect and kindness.
