EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the punishment for killing or mutilating slaves. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that if anyone kills their slave, they will be killed in return, and if anyone cuts off the nose of their slave, their nose will be cut off in return. This hadith teaches us that it is wrong to harm someone who is weaker than us and that we should treat everyone with respect regardless of their social status. It also shows us how important justice was to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ as he wanted to ensure that everyone was treated fairly and equally.
