QUICK LESSONS:
Have faith in Allah and His Messenger
EXPLANATIONS:
Abdullah ibn Umar was a companion of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He had a strong belief that the Antichrist is Ibn Sayyad. The term ‘Antichrist’ refers to an evil figure who will appear before the Day of Judgment and try to lead people away from Islam. This hadith shows us how important it is for Muslims to have faith in Allah and His Messenger. It also teaches us not to doubt what has been revealed by Allah or His Messenger as this can lead us astray from our faith.
