This hadith is about how the women of Ansar followed instructions from a Quranic verse. The verse instructed them to wear outer garments and when it was revealed, they came out as if they had crows over their heads due to wearing these garments. This shows that they were obedient and followed what was asked of them without hesitation or doubt.
