Follow the advice given by Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) . Consume things which are safe for your health .

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ gave advice to the deputation of 'Abd al-Qais about drinking. He forbade them from using hollow stumps, vessels smeared with pitch, green harrs, pumpkins, and a skin cut off at the top for drinking. Instead he advised them to drink from their own skins and tie it with string. This hadith teaches us that we should be careful about what we consume and how we consume it. We should make sure that whatever we are consuming is safe for our health and not harmful in any way. It also teaches us that if something is not suitable or safe for consumption then it should be avoided no matter how convenient or appealing it may seem at first glance.
