Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As: The Prophet ﷺ said: Both parties in a business transaction have a right to annul it so long as they have not separated unless it is a bargain with the option to annul is attached to it; and it is not permissible for one of them to separate from the other for fear that one may demand that the bargain be rescinded.
The Prophet Muhammad also taught us that we should always strive for mutual benefit when engaging in any kind of financial exchange, whether it is buying or selling goods or services. We must ensure that both parties are satisfied with the outcome before separating from each other so that no one feels cheated or taken advantage of. This hadith reminds us to always act with integrity and honesty when dealing with others, especially those who we do business with.
