Strive for good deeds even if you have to face difficulties or hardships along the way; Remain steadfast and continue striving for what is right and just according to Islam; Persevere despite obstacles; Do not be discouraged by any hardships faced while doing good deeds; Follow Islamic teachings faithfully.

This hadith is about wounds that are inflicted in the cause of Allah. It tells us that these wounds will be seen on the day of resurrection, just as they were when they were inflicted.
