EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the legal decision of Allah regarding those who leave no descendants or ascendants as heirs. The last verse revealed about this was “They ask thee for the legal decision. Say: Allah directs (thus) about those who leave no descendants or ascendants as heirs”. This means that when someone dies and they have neither any children nor parents, then their inheritance will be distributed according to a certain set of rules called Faraidh which are based on Islamic law and teachings. These rules determine how the deceased's property should be divided among their relatives, such as siblings, uncles, aunts, etc., in order to ensure that everyone gets their fair share according to Islamic teachings. The concept of Warathah also comes into play here; it is an obligation upon all Muslims to take care of any orphans left behind by a deceased relative and provide them with financial support if needed.
