EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of leadership and how it should be handled. It is narrated by Ata' ibn Yasar that the Prophet said that a man should be appointed to lead a group of people, and he will take wages from their share. This means that the leader should not take more than what is due to him, as taking too much would be unfair for those who are being led. The leader must also ensure that everyone in his group gets their fair share, so they can all benefit from it equally. This hadith teaches us about fairness in leadership, as well as how important it is for leaders to treat everyone fairly and equally.
