Respect other's beliefs even if they are different from your own

This hadith is about the importance of religious freedom and how it should not be forced upon anyone. It was narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas, who was a companion of Prophet Muhammad. The story behind this hadith is that some women used to make a vow to convert their children to Judaism if they survived, but when Banu an-Nadir were expelled from Arabia, these children refused to leave with them. In response, Allah revealed the verse “Let there be no compulsion in religion” which means that people should not be forced into any particular religion or belief system. This verse also states that truth stands out clear from error which means that it is easy for people to distinguish between right and wrong without being told what to do or believe. Therefore, this hadith teaches us the importance of religious freedom and how we should respect other people’s beliefs even if they are different from our own.
