EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about respecting mosques and the importance of it. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was teaching us to be mindful of our actions and how we should act when in a mosque. He instructed a man who was distributing arrows not to pass the mosque with them except that he is holding their heads. This teaches us that we should always be respectful when in a mosque and take care of our actions so as not to disrespect it or cause any harm or disruption within its walls. We should also remember that mosques are places of worship and peace, so we must always show respect for them no matter where we are or what we are doing.
