QUICK LESSONS:
Follow the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad regarding widowhood by respecting their rights and giving them time to grieve before entering into another marriage.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad regarding the waiting period for a slave mother whose husband has passed away. According to this hadith, it is recommended that such a woman should wait four months and ten days before remarrying. This was done to ensure that she was not pregnant with her late husband's child, as it would be difficult to determine who the father was if she were to remarry soon after his death. This waiting period also serves as an opportunity for her to grieve and come to terms with her loss before entering into another marriage. It also allows time for any potential disputes between family members over inheritance or other matters related to her late husband's estate can be resolved without any further complications arising from a new marriage.
