The Rights of Beggars

SUMMARY: Beggars have the right to ask for help even if they are riding a horse.

Narrated Ali ibn Abu Talib: The Prophet said: A beggar has the right though he may be riding (a horse).
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ، حَدَّثَنِي يَعْلَى بْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ "‏ لِلسَّائِلِ حَقٌّ وَإِنْ جَاءَ عَلَى فَرَسٍ
