Sunan Abi Dawud 960 (Book 2, Hadith 571) #21252
The Sunnah of Yahya

SUMMARY: This hadith is about the Sunnah of Yahya, which was narrated by Jarir.

(There is another chain) from Yahya with his chain and similar . Abu Dawud said: Hammad bin Zaid also said (the wording): "From the Sunnah" (narrating) from Yahya just as Jarir did.
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، بِإِسْنَادِهِ مِثْلَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى، أَيْضًا مِنَ السُّنَّةِ كَمَا قَالَ جَرِيرٌ
