SUMMARY: The hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) actions during prayer.

Narrated AbuHurayrah: When the Messenger of Allah uttered the takbir (Allah is most great) for prayer (in the beginning), he raised his hands opposite to his shoulders; and when he bowed, he did like that; and when he raised his head to prostrate, he did like that; and when he got up at the end of two rak'ahs, he did like that.

Follow in footsteps of beloved prophet, Perform prayers as instructed by him

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains how the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) performed his prayers. When he began his prayer, he would raise his hands up to shoulder level and say "Allahu Akbar" or "God is Great". When he bowed down in ruku, he would do so with his hands raised. When he prostrated himself on the ground, again with his hands raised. And when it was time to stand up after two rak'ahs, again with his hands raised. This hadith teaches us that we should follow in the footsteps of our beloved prophet and perform our prayers as instructed by him. We should also remember that Allah is great and we should show reverence for Him through our actions during prayer.
