EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's prayer habits. It is narrated by Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As that he saw the Messenger of Allah praying both barefooted and wearing sandals. This shows us that it is permissible to pray either way - with or without shoes - as long as one is in a state of purity. It also teaches us to be flexible in our religious practices and not to be too strict or rigid when it comes to matters of worship. We should strive for balance between following the teachings of Islam while also being mindful of our own personal circumstances and needs.

The Prophet Muhammad's example serves as a reminder for us that we should always strive to do what is best for ourselves spiritually while still being mindful of our physical needs and comfort levels. We should not be too hard on ourselves when it comes to matters related to worship but instead seek balance between following Islamic teachings while also taking into account our own individual needs and circumstances.
