Testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah; Offer prayers perfectly; Pay Zakat; Listen & Obey orders from both God & His Prophet; Give good advice for fellow Muslims when needed.

In this hadith, Jarir ibn Abdullah al-Bajali narrates his pledge of allegiance to Allah's Messenger ﷺ. He promised to testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is His Apostle. He also promised to offer prayers perfectly, pay Zakat, listen and obey orders from both Allah and His Prophet ﷺ as well as give good advice to every Muslim. This hadith teaches us about our duties towards our faith in Islam which includes worshipping only one God, praying regularly, paying charity tax or zakat, obeying orders from both God and His Prophet ﷺ as well as giving advice for fellow Muslims when needed.
