SUMMARY: Aishah was asked about washing the clothes of a menstruating woman smeared with blood and she said that it should be washed and if the mark is not removed, it should be changed by applying some yellow color.

Mu'adhah said that 'Aishah was asked about (washing) the clothes of a menstruating woman smeared with blood. She said: She should wash it; in case mark is not removed she should change it by applying some yellow color. I had three menstruations together while I lives with the Messenger of Allah , but I did not wash my clothes.

QUICK LESSONS:
Wash your cloths regularly , Maintain basic hygiene , Be respectful towards women going through their menstrual cycle , Be mindful towards women's needs during this period without making them feel embarrassed or uncomfortable due to their condition .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith talks about how to deal with clothes of a menstruating woman that are smeared with blood. According to 'Aishah, the wife of Prophet Muhammad, these clothes should be washed first in order to remove any stains. If the stain does not come off after washing, then one can apply some yellow color on it in order to cover up the stain. It is also mentioned that during her time living with Prophet Muhammad, 'Aishah did not wash her clothes during her three consecutive menstrual cycles. This shows us that there is no need for excessive cleanliness when dealing with such matters as long as basic hygiene is maintained. The hadith also teaches us about being mindful and respectful towards women who are going through their menstrual cycle by providing them privacy and understanding their needs without making them feel embarrassed or uncomfortable due to their condition.
