Wash your cloths regularly , Maintain basic hygiene , Be respectful towards women going through their menstrual cycle , Be mindful towards women's needs during this period without making them feel embarrassed or uncomfortable due to their condition .

This hadith talks about how to deal with clothes of a menstruating woman that are smeared with blood. According to 'Aishah, the wife of Prophet Muhammad, these clothes should be washed first in order to remove any stains. If the stain does not come off after washing, then one can apply some yellow color on it in order to cover up the stain. It is also mentioned that during her time living with Prophet Muhammad, 'Aishah did not wash her clothes during her three consecutive menstrual cycles.
