Wash one's head and body well

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of cleanliness and self-care. It is important for us to take care of ourselves by washing our bodies and heads regularly, instead of relying on others such as our wives or family members to do it for us. This hadith teaches us that we should be responsible for our own hygiene and cleanliness, which is a sign of respect towards ourselves as well as those around us. Additionally, this hadith also highlights the importance of gender equality in terms of taking care of oneself; both men and women should be responsible for their own hygiene instead of expecting someone else to do it for them.
