QUICK LESSONS:
Use your right hand when taking food or drink
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used his right hand to take food and drink, while using his left hand to do other tasks. This is a sign of respect towards the food we are eating as it is a blessing from Allah SWT. We should also use our right hands when eating or drinking as this was the practice of the Prophet ﷺ. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us to be mindful of how we use our hands in general; using them in ways that are respectful and beneficial rather than disrespectful or harmful.
