QUICK LESSONS:
Follow teachings of Prophet Muhammad , Abide by Islamic rules & regulations .

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Ali ibn Abi Talib states that the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) forbade him from wearing rings of gold, garments dyed with safflower, and wearing Al-Qassi. Additionally, he was forbidden from reciting the Quran while bowing. In Islam, it is important to follow the teachings of Prophet Muhammad as they are seen as a way to gain closeness to Allah. Therefore it is important for Muslims to abide by these teachings even if they may not understand why something is forbidden or allowed. Gold rings are considered haram because they are seen as a sign of vanity and pride which goes against Islamic values such as humility and modesty. Similarly garments dyed with safflower were also prohibited due to their association with luxury and extravagance which again goes against Islamic values such as simplicity in life. Wearing Al-Qassi was also prohibited because it was associated with paganism at that time period so it was necessary for Muslims to stay away from any practices related to paganism or idolatry in order to remain true followers of Islam. Lastly reciting Quran while bowing was also forbidden because this practice could lead one into committing shirk which is an unforgivable sin in Islam since it involves associating partners with Allah who has no equal or partner according to Islamic beliefs.
