Put your trust in Allah alone ; Follow His commands ; Practice good hygiene ; Avoid superstitious practices ; Avoid unhygienic practices .

In this hadith, the Prophet Muhammad is warning against certain practices that are unlawful in Islam. He warns against tying up one's beard, twisting it, wearing amulets for protection or luck, and cleaning oneself with animal dung or bones. These practices are not allowed in Islam as they are considered to be superstitious and unhygienic. Instead of relying on these things for protection or luck, Muslims should put their trust in Allah alone and follow His commands to lead a righteous life. Additionally, Muslims should practice good hygiene by washing themselves after relieving themselves instead of using animal dung or bones which can cause health problems if used regularly.
