QUICK LESSONS:
Be generous towards others .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the generosity of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It was narrated that Jabir said that he was riding a bad camel when the Messenger of Allah caught up with him. He asked if he could buy it from him and when Jabir refused, he said "O Allah forgive him; O Allah have mercy on him." He then bought it for an agreed upon price and lent it to Jabir until they reached al-Madinah. When they arrived in al-Madinah, he gave Bilal instructions to give Jabir its price but when Jabir turned to leave, the Messenger of Allah called him back and told him that it was his gift. This hadith teaches us about how generous and kind the Prophet ﷺ was towards others even if they were strangers or people who were not close to Him. It also teaches us about how we should be generous towards others even if we don't know them well or are not related to them in any way.
