Leave your home if you cannot practice your faith freely or if there is any kind of oppression against you due to your beliefs; Strive hard for a better place where you can practice your faith without any fear or oppression; Have courage and patience while migrating; Be faithful towards Allah's commands; Sacrifice for Allah's sake .

This hadith speaks about the importance of migration from shirk to Islam. It was narrated by Jabir bin Zaid that Ibn 'Abbas said that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) along with Abu Bakr and Umar were among the Muhajirin as they forsook idolators and some of the Ansar were also considered Muhajirin as Al-Madinah was a land of shirk. They all migrated to Medina on the Night of Al-'Aqabah in order to practice Islam without any fear or oppression. This hadith teaches us that it is important for us to leave our homes if we are living in an environment where we cannot practice our faith freely or if there is any kind of oppression against us due to our beliefs.
